Not a single game I want to play day 1. Not a fan of Mario Kart, although this new one looked cool from the trailer. Not willing to take a chance on it for the price they’re asking. If the cartridge came with the bundle I’d give it a go, but with digital if it isn’t for me I’m stuck with it.
I'm getting Mario Kart, Fast Fusion, and Street Fighter 6.
The website for Raidou Remastered seems to imply that the Nintendo Switch 2 version is launching the same day as the console
If that is actually true then that would definitely be another launch game for me (As long as it is all on Cart)
You forgot about Hades II!
I have to say that I will be shocked if something like Warframe isn't available on Switch 2 on launch. And I think it will finally be not just bearable but actually good.
Is this maybe the worst launch lineup for not only a Nintendo console but maybe any console?
@SpacedDuck That's all subjective but I think far from it. i looked up every launch list and the last time I enjoyed a console launch was Gameboy Advance LOL. Let's not forget the 3DS launch was so bad that they apologized for it. There were no games on any Playstation launch i could think of that I cared to play... unless we count launch WINDOW games, I do Gravity Rush on the PS Vita being fun and innovative.
The Switch 2 seems well-postured with this launch. I think it reaches out to all the people who stayed away from the Switch 1 with better performance, and even invites them to try the Zelda titles with upgrades. I have Switch 1 backlogs that I hope will perform better on the device, but out of the launch titles, one or two games for me is enough to hold me out for what's coming shortly after.
The biggest problem I'm seeing is that this is likely the last and final console we'll see (out of all three big players) to ever feature meaningful physical copies of video games, what with the introduction of game-key carts being a catalyst of its death.
yes... stretegy games are amazing.
